  • Vulnerability certificate issued by registered social entity

  • Protection order (if victim of gender-based violence)

  • Municipal social services document about economic situation

  • Reports from NGOs or specialized organizations

  • Any other document proving your vulnerable situation

Administrative documentation

  • Completed application form (provided by police)

  • Proof of administrative fee payment (form 790-012)

  • Two passport-sized photographs
